I've been doing 30 second gestures ever so often, but it's important to switch up times or you will lose the ability to draw more detailed or to intuitively know how long 1, 2 or 5 minutes poses take. Naturally these are crap, but I am posting them to motivate myself to keep up the gesture exercices since I clearly need it :P
